“How Can I…?”: online tutorials in answer to your questions

At the ICT-KM Program, we are often contacted by people asking the same questions: How can I design a social media strategy? How can I document a research project? How can I give a presentation online? We listened to all of those questions.

But we did more than just listen. The ICT-KM Program is now developing a series of easy-to-follow online tutorials that seek to answer each of these questions and more.

We welcome your feedback on our tutorials. We also look forward to receiving your ideas for other tutorials. Ultimately, we aim to have a valuable, collaboratively developed reference library of topics covering our experience in knowledge management and information communications technology.
